Our company currently manufactures three types of TERRAST: "Fe-TERRAST," "Al-TERRAST," and "Mg-TERRAST." We conducted treatment tests using these materials. By combining TERRAST, we found that the treatment efficiency significantly increased compared to the conventional treatment using only aluminum TERRAST. While iron (Fe) had only been used for arsenic treatment, it was discovered that it also works effectively for fluoride. Therefore, when Fe-TERRAST is available, fluoride treatment for drinking water becomes possible. In the future, we aim to establish even more efficient treatment methods by changing pH and treatment methods (such as two-stage treatment). 【Treatment Test】 ■Test Wastewater: Sample wastewater from a company (fluoride concentration 28 mg/L) ■Test Method: Test water and TERRAST were placed in a 1000cc graduated cylinder and stirred with a small aeration tube ■Test Duration: 5 hours (1 hour), 10 hours (2 hours) ※The times in parentheses indicate the treatment duration when processed using the TERRAST tower method. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
